At Bernstein, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage the product in its original Bernstein packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
